Hi Ali, I am pretty new to your blog. My Weight Watchers journey has led me here. I have not tried even one of your most popular dishes listed, yet - so many that I want to try! I love your recipes. I would find it helpful if you could tell us in a more quantified way how many noodles we should have in hand for each recipe. Two large carrots at your house, might be a different size at mine - but the yield of the recipe might require that you start with "6 cups of spiralized carrot noodles" That way I can assess my produce purchases with the intended yield in mind. I often find I end up with less noodles that I think the recipe should have, and this would help. Just a thought.

... better yet (for me, anyway, because I weigh everything...), how many OUNCES of the ingredient are needed. Or maybe both numbers? Love your recipes, Ali! :-)

Hi Ali, I've loved trying all these vegetables and have tried many recipes from your great cookbooks. My husband and I love meat so we find it no trouble to add protein to the dishes, but I am allergic to tree nuts so I wonder if you know of alternative solutions. Obviously when its just chopped cashews as garnish on top not a problem :-) but almond milk etc. Thanks again for all your hard work it really shows in the care you take for the blog and cookbooks!!

Try coconut milk as a substitute for almond milk. It is a good substitute and not the same even though it grows on a tree. Hope this helps.

So glad to see these - but you forgot my favorite : ) I love so many of your recipes, actually everything I have tried, but one I think is so unique and delicious is the Moroccan Chickpeas with Beet Noodles dish.https://inspiralized.com/spicy-moroccan-chickpeas-with-beet-noodles/I learned how good beets are because of you - thanks!!

Ali - Are these listed in order of popularity with most popular being first or are they listed randomly? I just received your Inspiralizer (I've been using the Paderno for a couple of years) and I'm finding there's a slight learning curve. Of all things, I'm having a bit of trouble with the blade settings. I'm sure I'll get used to it. I love the stability and the fact that there are only two parts to clean. Also, I finally got the OXO brush you recommend and don't know why it took me so long! It's perfect. Thank you for all you do. My husband and I are much healthier eaters thanks to Inspiralized.Beth

My favorites are the Bell Pepper Fiesta Skillet, the Mexican Street Corn with Sweet Potatoes, and the Cauliflower Lentil Butternut Squash Bowl with Maple Tahini. We also always have great luck at potlucks with the Shredded Kale, Pear and Brussels Sprouts salad, the Butternut Noodles with Brussels Sprouts, Onion and Walnuts, and the Sweet Hot Mustard Brussels Sprout and Apple-Almond salad. All the ladies at my church have heard (maybe more than once) about my inspiralizer :)

Sorry, but I haven't made any of these except the Jicama Fries and I burned them. I tried it again with sweet potatoes. Burned them too. One of my first and most favorite recipes was Zucchini Pasta Primavera. I do alter it by adding a thick red spaghetti sauce, but very little. It's more a seasoning than a sauce. I don't boil the broccoli but cut it small. Every one seems to like this recipe.
