Where to Find Low Cost Materials for Fun Valentine STEM Activities

I like to use recycled materials a lot in my STEM lessons. I find that kids of all ages love trying educational activities that allow them to experiment with STEM in activities like building challenges, a design challenge, building the tallest tower, and making different shapes from different materials.

So I keep a “STEM Fun” cabinet filled with recycled materials, low-cost craft supplies like pipe cleaners, invisible ink, red cups, candy hearts, jelly beans, beads, and a few simple science supplies that you can find at your local dollar store.
