Grilled Salmon Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions - Gas Grill
- Preheat the gas grill to medium heat (around 400°F/200°C). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure to coat each fillet evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour for more flavor.

- Follow steps 2 to 6 from the gas grill instructions above.
- Once the grill is ready, place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill directly over the heat source. Close the lid and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip the fillets using a spatula, allowing the skin to stick to the grill grates. Brush the tops of the fillets with some of the remaining marinade.
