29, 1951, in Davenport, the son of Charles Louis and Rosie Lee Clark Victor. He was a graduate of Rock Island High School, where he ran track. He was a member of Calvary Church of the Quad Cities, where he enjoyed serving as an usher. He enjoyed miniature trains. He loved music, and collected albums and model cars and ships.

He loved life, Jesus, and making people laugh. He worked as a driver for UPS for 21 years. Surviving are his daughter, Lindsay N. Victor, East Moline; sisters, Lynda J. Sargent, Angilla Johnson and Ruby Jack, all of Rock Island; and brothers, Frederick L.

Victor, Burlington, Iowa, and William Jones, Toledo, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Mary Mier Mary Angelina Mier, 90, of Moline died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2001, at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island. Visitation will be 3 to 6 p.m.

Sunday at DeRoo Funeral Home, Moline, where further arrangements are pending. Silvis Raymond Bustos Raymond L. Bustos, 85, of Silvis died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001, at Rosewood Care Center, Moline. A Requiem Mass will be said at 11 a.m.

Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Hampton, where he was a member. The Rev. Jim DeBisschop will officiate. Entombment will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, East Moline.

Sullivan-Phillips Mortuary, East Moline, is in charge of arrangements. He was born Aug. 31, 1916, in Milan, the son of Raymond Bustos Sr. and Josephine Mendoza. He married Norma Griffitts May 29, 1944, in Moline.

He was a meatcutter 15 years for the former Formost Packing retiring in 1984. Mr. Bustos was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He lived in the Quad all of his life. Surviving are his wife, four daughters, four sons, 16, grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a sister and a brother.

He also served on the Heritage Society of Illini Hospital Board and the Silvis Planning and Zoning Board and belonged to the Silvis Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his wife; daughter, Kim Elizabeth Pavelonis, Silvis; son, Stuart John Tennant and wife Theresa, Silvis; grandchildren, Ian and Chase Pavelonis and Melissa, Leah and Sarah Kauten, all of Silvis; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Chick and Ty Thomson, Silvis; niece, Lynn Hunt, Rapids City; and nephew, Ray Thomson, San Angelo, Texas. Rock Island Cari Gill-VanBlair Cari Lynn Gill-VanBlair, 44, of Rock Island died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2001, in Rock Island. As she wished, there will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded.

She was very involved with her children's sports activities. She was employed Black Hawk College in the human resources department. She previously had worked for Western Illinois University Quad-City Campus, St. Ambrose College, and the city of Rock Island. Surviving are her sons, Matthew and Andrew VanBlair, at home; mother, East Moline, and father, Fernandina Beach, band, Mike VanBlair, Rock Island; stepdaughter, Andrea VanBlair, East Moline; sisters, Janis Curlott, Coal Valley, and Patricia Curlott, Woodstock, and brother and spouse, David and Lynn Curlott, Long Grove, Iowa.

He was educated in Moorestown, N.J. and graduated from. Moorestown High School in 1939. He married Dorothy R. Anderson June 23, 1940 in Delanco, N.J.

She died Dec. 22, 1988. Mr. Krueger worked as a painter at RCA in New Jersey until entering the U.S. Navy during World War II, where he served on submarine duty in the Pacific.

Following the war, he worked for Frankfort Arsenal in Philadelphia for 17 years. He then worked for Eastman Kodak in Rochester, N.Y., until retiring in 1982, when he moved to Diamond Springs, Calif. He then resided in Southern California until moving to Cambridge in 1996. Mr. Krueger was a lifetime member and past president of Kodak Camera Club in Rochester, N.Y.; a member of Cambridge United Methodist Church, Cambridge Lodge No.

49, and Mystic Chapter No. 160, Order of Eastern Star, Cambridge. He was a life member of Cambridge American Legion 417 and Don Cherry VFW Post 5083, Geneseo. He was a former volunteer firefighter in Lumberton, N.J., and Spencerport, N.Y., and a former member and past president of the Lions Club in Spencerport. Survivors include sons daughters-in-law, William and Bobbi Krueger, Monmouth, Kenneth and Ginny Krueger, Cambridge, and David and Mary Krueger, Hillsboro, seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Katherine Goodman, Ocala, Fla.

Margaret Frances Sheahan was born March 28, 1910, in Galesburg to Charles T. and Mary Andrews Sheahan. She attended school in Galesburg through the eighth grade, then moved to Altona, where she graduated from the old Altona High School. She graduated from Knox College in 1931 and was awarded the William Evans Leslie Service Award. She was president of the Tri-Delt Sorority and a member of Mortar Board while at Knox College.

She began her teaching career in West Point, and went on to teach in Table Grove, Bradford, Avon and Aledo. Margaret married Dan Marshall Hanson June 16, 1936, in Altona, Ill. They were married for 46 years and 1 had two children, Dan C. Hanson and Patricia Hanson. Margaret was an active member of College Avenue Presbyterian Church, the blood bank, Mercer County Hospital Auxiliary and various other volunteer groups.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Pat Dougherty, Deerfield, and three grandchildren, Kelly Dougherty, Evanston, Kerry Dougherty, Des Plaines, and Dan Dougherty, Barrington, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dan, on Feb. 5, 1980; and her son, Dan C. Hanson, on Sept. 7, 1963.
