A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

In the event that you no longer wish to keep an item, you may return it to us. Please notify us before returning any items. The item must be unopened and unused and in its original packaging and you would be responsible for the return shipping cost to ship it back to us. The product must be returned within 30 days from receipt of shipment. You are free to use any shipping service to return the items to us (UPS, FedEx or USPS), any refund due back will be issued once we receive the return and verify the merchandise. No returns will be allowed after 30 days from receipt of shipment. If items are returned after the allowable 30 day return period, all items returned will incur a 25% restocking fee. All non-product-related fees (shipping, handling, return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE.No returns will be allowed for orders beyond 60 days of receipt.
